Entertainment equipment was faulty and did not work. At that place is no way to call hostess. Poor service good nutrient.

One complaint is about the seat selection on their website. Even I was ready to pay for the seat I want but the selection didn't go through due to some outcome of their website. But fortunately the bank check in counter staff helped me and gave me the seat of my option. And so Air India should meliorate their website to aid customers in seat pick and relieve them the inconvenience/ doubt.

The 3+ hr filibuster at the start was a real badgerer. The filibuster was updated at the gate only at the flight deviation fourth dimension and not before. The boarding staff came at the desk very late and could have announced the filibuster sooner. The staff however comped for a luncheon and that is appreciated. The flight itself was ok. The staff were professional and helpful. The meal options were standard, naught exciting. The in-flying entertainment organisation came on afterwards long delays and had periodic interruptions. The airplane was erstwhile and lacked in-flying WiFi. I don't think this was good value for the cost paid for the ticket. I would probably go with an alternative with Air India the side by side time.

On the mode there, my flight was delayed. I was scheduled to go out the airport on the 7th, but it got postponed and I had to stay at the airport an extra 4 days. Obviously this was quite inconvenient, but what'south more is the aforementioned thing happened on the mode back. My flight was scheduled to exit for the U.Due south. on Tuesday just it again got canceled. During my stay at the airport, the staff was also specially rude. They told me it "was my problem not there's" and other things of the like. Though I sympathise why the flying was delayed, with the shortages and lack of workers, just at the very least I believe the staff could take been at least kinder. Other than this, the flying was relatively polish and I enjoyed my flying.

Liked the crew members' behaviors and food in the flight. AI staff created lot of problems in checking in counter despite of having COVID Test written report (negative) from a commune hospital. They did not accepted it and asked me to run for another Test at the airport. We (family unit of four) felt very bad and it took my all fourth dimension in testing and study. once more they started creating problem in checkin in despite of having my new test report (negative again). Checkin in was very frustrating. Residual of things were okay. Crew members in the flight were crawly. Food was very good also.

If none of the screen works then good to not accept whatsoever. They keep freezing and keep spitting sql database mistake letters. For most of them touch screen or the remote doesn't piece of work at all. Worst food I had in my whole life. Also they are offer only ii times nutrient instead of iii although it was good because nutrient quality wouldn't have attracted me to have chance for the third fourth dimension. No pillow or the blankets or toothbrush etc. randomly allocating seats to the same family members. My whole family had to sit all over the place. Folks on checking counter non helpful at all. The conduct on bag I'yard using for past x years was not immune this time and I don't know why.

The entertainment organization at my seat was not working. Fifty-fifty after repeated reboots, the system failed to work. The remote for the entertainment system too controlled the overhead calorie-free. Thus it was not possible to turn on overhead light to read something as well. In a different flight, the remote turned on the calorie-free for adjacent seat instead of my seat. I wasn't able to plow on low-cal for my particular seat even subsequently trying the light buttons for adjacent passenger.

Food should have been less spicy for kids, other than it was good. Check in process was horrible, not enough staff bachelor to help customers, although we were in priority line, we were non informed that line was airtight and made us look for over an 60 minutes, staff were not gentle with our baggage and appears to exist needing more than training.

Broken seats, tables, entertainment arrangement, bathrooms, etc. Terribly maintained planes. Poor service. No ice, only soft drink was Coke. Bad food. Don't know if the Crew is bad or what all they are working with is poor quality.
